wooden Villas

My company is plan to develop a tourism program to decorate 50 wooden Villas,we'd like the decorating of these construction combined with the culture of easten and westen,luxury would be better.And the final destination is YunNanProvince ,southwest of China.(Temperature of it is about 10~30 centigrade,there is no need to consider energy of heating and cooling ). Attached pls find the drawing of these construction ,we'd like the costs be controlled within 30,000.00$,which cnotains all stuffs but floors inside of these villas(including furnitures etc.).Moreover,we hope them be finished in 18 months after the contract signed.We prefer that you put forward several schemes to choose.Pls give us further details of your price of design and construction ASAP. The controlled cost $30,000 contain all expenses but the floor and your degign ,each building . We'd like our contrat be divided in three stages separately. 1. BOOK DESIGN STYLE 2. FURNITURE SELECTION AND SUPPLY 3. MANAGEMENT ON SITE Also,we'd like you to take charge of the management on site. Pls give us further details of your cooperation agreement (in a sheet or table) and let us know your design cost for further discuss
